Refund Policy

Return/Exchange Policy:

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUND. WE WILL REPLACE DAMAGED ITEMS FOR THE SAME ITEM. 

Returns or exchange are not supported if customers ordered the wrong size, product, or if they simply don't like the product. If there is an issue with the item and is reported within 30 days of the delivery date, we will return or replace it.  Our Providers don't have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error with photo evidence.

Please note: each pet product is made per customer order. There is no inventory.
